As a part of our health inquiry, we also had to do a health diary. I didn’t get the first health diary done because I was at energy breakthrough. I think I need to get more exercise because there are three blank spaces. I also think I need to be a bit more social. If I was to do this again, I would change the way I organise myself to fit everything in. I think if I kept doing things like this, I would definitely become healthier and fitter in the future.
