A few days ago we completed our second lot of me in a minute.
I think I still need to work on my previous goals, because on some of my activities, I got less than last time.
This term, the year six inquiry is called mighty me. It’s basically focusing on health, mentally, physically, socially and spiritually. As a part of this, we do this exercise regime called “Me In A Minute”. We have to do 12 activities and do each one of the activities in a Minute. Here is my sheet:
My goals are:
1. Practice my skipping at home and beat my previously record
2. Practice star jumps at home and at school to get used to it.
3. Practice burpees at home and do all these activities before and after school.
